About Spectrum Enchanted

Hi, I'm Madyson — and I'm autistic. For a long time, I felt like I didn't belong in any creative space online. Every marketplace I tried felt either cold and corporate, or full of unspoken rules I couldn't quite figure out. I kept running into sellers who didn't understand me, platforms that weren't built with people like me in mind, and communities that — despite their good intentions — still made me feel like an outsider. I just wanted a place that actually felt safe. A place where I didn't have to mask or apologize for who I am.

So I built it. Spectrum Enchanted exists because I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else. I wanted a marketplace that is run by someone who truly gets the neurodivergent and disabled experience — not because they read a blog post about it, but because they live it every single day. This is a space where you don't have to explain yourself, where plain language is the norm, and where the design itself is meant to welcome you rather than overwhelm you. Every decision I make here comes from that same place: what would I have wanted when I was just starting out?

I genuinely believe that neurodivergent minds make some of the most extraordinary art in the world. The hyperfocus, the pattern recognition, the way we see connections that other people miss — that's not a limitation. That's a superpower. Creativity has no barriers, and no one gets to decide whose art is "valid." Spectrum Enchanted is my love letter to every creator who ever felt like they had to shrink themselves to fit into someone else's space. You don't have to do that here.
