Ownership stays with the creator.
A creator should keep ownership of their original work. A non-exclusive display license can allow a marketplace to show that work in the creator's storefront and related listing spaces without taking ownership away from the creator.
Any actual creator terms would need their own review and clear written approval before they could apply.
Plain-language companion — not additional terms
What This Honestly Means for You
Your art is still yours. If you choose to share it through a Spectrum Enchanted storefront in the future, the limited purpose would be to show the listing to visitors. That is different from giving away your ownership.
We will keep explaining proposed uses in everyday language, and we will not describe this page as a promise or legal guarantee.
